I am a Manager of Corporate Communication in the Strategic Organizational Communication group at Johnson & Johnson Corporate. I provide communication counsel and support to internal clients from Corporate functions with particular focus on developing and executing internal communication strategies that foster deeper levels of employee engagement.
I joined Johnson & Johnson in 2006 as a Corporate Communication Graduate Fellow while pursuing my M.A. in Corporate and Organizational Communication at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Upon graduation, I served as an Account Supervisor at Ruder Finn for its Corporate Reputation Group before rejoining the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Communication department in April 2008. All told, I have over ten years of communication-related experience ranging from television production at MTV and on the Sopranos to editorial publication in non-profit education reform.
